My Qualifications
I began my inspection career as a Civil Construction Inspector about 10 years ago and excelled at the process as I've always found a nautral eye for finding faults and deficiencies in construction. My original backround in Civil inspections led me to begin training to be a home inspector. I intially searched my local town, didn't find any other home inspectors and immediately knew it was my calling. I began training and taking Home Inspection classes in 2005 leading me to open Safe Buy Home Inspections in fall of 2006. For 5 years I've been continuing my education and learning the new trends in construction. I currenty hold national certifications from the American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors NACHI. I am insured and I completely comply with all Pennsylvania laws and Home Inspector requirements.
I trained very hard, passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and am very proud to be fully certified home inspector from the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
I'm also certified inspector and member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) The biggest home inspection association in the world, operating in every state.

Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Certified Radon Tester - #2550.
I am an affiliate member of the Indiana, Pennyslvania - Board of Realtors.
Attended Penn Foster and completed the Professional Home Inspector training course.
I've passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination and completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.
I passed and adhere to NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.
I fulfill over 40 hours of continuing education every year for multiple regulators and home inspection associations.
